- 1 - The deadline for the author's registration and payment is the 30th of April 2027.
- 2 - Students are required to provide proof to support their application for the student rate.
Please send it to secretariat@icnf2027.fibrenamics.com - 3 - ONLY for the authors of abstracts that have been selected but who can not present them at the Conference. The Publication Fee ensures that the abstracts will be published in the Conference Book of Abstracts.
Presenting authors can submit 1 paper. Additional papers by presenting authors will be subject to a fee of 75€ each.
Reimbursement from cancellation:
90% until 31/MAR/2027;
50% until 30/APR/2027;
0% after 1/MAY/2027;
Fees include:
Attendance at all sessions, book of extended abstracts with papers of all oral and poster presentations. Onsite fees include coffee breaks and 3 lunches.
